BUSINESS TERMS FOR E-SHOP PIZZERIA PARADISO

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions apply to the business: Guido Paradiso Pizzeria Paradiso, registered office: Pribišova 23, 841 05 Bratislava, ID: 4561874, VAT number: 1082340138, VAT ID: SK1082340138

1. ORDER

The order can be placed by phone or via the website online at www.pizzeriaparadisodd.sk If the order is not made, it can be canceled by phone or in person at the establishment.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made:

a/ In person at the establishment during the opening hours of operation (published on www.pizzeriaparadisodd.sk), or when receiving the goods upon importation, in cash or with gastro tickets.

b/ CardPay (it is also possible to pay with VISA and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD cards issued by any official banking institution) directly through the website.

2. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

• In the case of delivery by pizzeria delivery - the import price depends on the delivery address, which can be found on the pizzeria's website
• When taking over the goods directly at the establishment, the price is determined according to the current ticket menu
• Alcoholic beverages may only be sold to persons over 18 years of age

THE SELLER COMMITS:

• deliver the correct type and quantity of goods as stated at the time of the order, based on the customer's order at the agreed price
• adequately pack the goods and deliver the order within the agreed delivery time, or in the shortest possible time depending on the orders received earlier. In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted about changing the order or canceling the order
• issue and attach a tax document - cash register.

THE BUYER COMMITS:

• take over the ordered goods and pay for the ordered goods

3. COMPLAINTS

WARRANTY

The guarantee applies to max. 30 min. after delivery of goods. The goods can be claimed if they do not correspond to the quality and type of goods ordered, for the claim, 75% of the volume of the goods must be preserved. The subject of a complaint when delivered by a courier service cannot be compliance with the serving temperature of the menu. Based on the agreement with the customer, a remedy is made (exchange of goods, refund, or other compensation).

METHOD OF RETURNING MONEY WHEN THE COMPLAINT IS ACKNOWLEDGED

• in case of cash payment for the order, we will return the money immediately in cash
• in the case of non-cash payment for the order, we will return the money within 30 days by means of a credit note to the payer's account

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

• By placing an order on www.pizzeriaparadisodd.sk, the user provides the Operator with personal data for the purpose of providing services on the pizzeriaparadisodd.sk portal in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data will be provided for the purpose of executing the order. If the User does not provide personal data, it is not possible to enter into a contractual relationship. Personal data will be processed and archived by the Operator in accordance with special regulations for 10 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship. The user confirms that the personal data provided is true and bears responsibility for the falsity of the personal data.
• The Operator informs the User that in accordance with § 62 par. 3 of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications as amended by later legislation (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Communications Act") may contact him with calls, sending e-mails and SMS messages to the contact addresses he provided during registration for the purposes of direct marketing of his own similar goods and services. A call, e-mail or SMS message according to the previous sentence may have an informational or advertising nature, and their originator is the Operator. The operator will process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Disagreement with the call, with the sending of these e-mails or SMS messages can be notified by the User to the Operator at any time by sending an e-mail to the address info@pizzeriaparadisodd.sk (or to another contact if so determined by these Terms and Conditions or Special Conditions) or by simply unsubscribing with each delivery of e -e-mail message by clicking on the link at the end of the e-mail message.

5. TERMS OF USE OF THE PIZZERIAPARADISODD.SK PORTAL

• The terms of use of the pizzeriaparadisodd.sk portal become valid and effective on the day of their publication. The relationship between the User and the Operator in matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
• The operator has the right to change, innovate and otherwise modify the services of the pizzeriaparadisodd.sk portal without prior notice to the Users and without their consent.
• The operator is entitled to restrict or completely block the User's access to the pizzeriaparadisodd.sk portal at any time.
• The operator is entitled to change the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The change of conditions is valid and effective at the moment of publication on the pizzeriaparadisodd.sk website. These changes will be incorporated into the text and will be published in the form of the full text of the Terms of Use. It is in the interest of the User to continuously monitor the wording of the Terms and Conditions. The user is obliged to familiarize himself regularly with changes to the Terms. If the User continues to use the services of the Portal after the implementation of these changes by the Operator, it is considered that he unreservedly agrees to the changes to the Terms.
